Should we stick with the "Class of Area" Servant names or should we stick with the general "Class (Fate/Grand Order - Hero)" ones once we know their True Name? Either can be redirected to the other.

I think the latter to make it consistent with all FGO originals. Of course, "Class of Area" naming types should still be mentioned within the article. While it would be instantly spoilerable, it's a Wiki website. All of them are bound with spoilers if we want to detail everything accurately.
Also, about that issue, I was wondering if you can put a tag on the front page somewhere (like in the front page description) saying something along the lines of "Be warned that there are spoilers throughout this Wiki. Proceed at your own risk." You know, that kind of disclaimer for anything that is spoiler-heavy.
If you can find a good template to snag from another wiki, I can put it on. Just need something that will mesh well with the current theme.
Doesn't even have to be a template. You can put something like:
"Spoiler Alert: This Wiki is filled with heavy spoilers. Read at your own risk!"
right underneath the section that says:
"Welcome to the TYPE-MOON Wiki, a wiki that hopes to archive all information about the universe(s) that TYPE-MOON has created."
