Shockingly enough, the No Name Assassin has provided me with more topics of thought than I imagined she would, and in this latest one, I'm going to address the possiblity that she, or at least one of her abilities, takes influence from the novel The Kouga Ninja Scrolls by Futaro Yamada.
The original teaser chapter made mention of one of No Name's Noble Phantasms, called Ichor of Reverie, which is remarked as having caused several magus, actively preparing spells to stop her, to incinerate themselves instead. This left the whole thing rather ambiguous as to what it actually did, but even then, I had an inkling.
Later still however, when the first manga for Fate/strange fake was published, we got this image.
In this, we can see the magus actively…

Well, it was requested I try to make Japanese heroes, here.
Name: Issun Boshi
Personality: Playful and kind of perverted, Issun doesn't fit what would be expected of his class. Depending on his master he is likely to be either completely uncooperative or only too happy to please. Despite being of the Assassin class, he is always willing to give his enemy a fair shot as is his nature.
Appearance: Despite appearing as little more than a black speck most of the time, Issun's full appearance is rather remarkable. His hair is rough, black and short, swept away from his face by wind. He wears a simple brown shirt and black three quarter lengths. Over his upper arms are two large leaves acting as armour and on his belt is a giant sewing …Read more >
Got bored, decided to take a shot. I know the idea is too young to impliment in an actual grail war as such, but I was taken with it and went with it.
Name: Yuri Gagarin
Appearance: An short, youthful man wearing a military uniform with a great coat and peaked cap. He has short, dark hair and a bright smile. His eyes gleam brightly.
Personality: A generally bright and chipper individual, he becomes very stoic in battle, bracing himself for what is to come. He is quite modest and embarasses easily, but has a keen mind with a strong grasp of physics and mathematics.
History: A young man from Soviet Russia, Gagarin grew up on a work farm. In his youth, the Nazis occupied his home and he spent over a year living in a mud hut. Af…Read more >

Fate/Oblivion Twilight (Feito／Oblivion Twilito?) was a planned Japanese visual novel and action role-playing game created by TYPE-MOON, which was originally meant to be released on January 2007. It is the planned sequel to Fate/stay night and Fate/hollow ataraxia. The word "Twilight" in the title is a term for "light and darkness", giving the title the combined meaning of "light and darkness" clashing for "dominance" and creating "Destruction and Doom"
The plot of Fate/Oblivion Twilight is based a year after the events of Fat…

Noble Phantasms- Throughout the "Fate" franchise the series is populated by numerous legendary or otherwise mythical heroes known as "servants" of whom possess incredible mystic codes known as "Noble Phantasms". Each Noble Phantasm is a physical reprisentation of that hero and their capabilities put to the fullest, coinciding with the heroes myth and acting as their trump card during the grail wars, with the power and scale of each Noble Phantasm varying depending on the fame of the specific hero and their weapon, as well as the physical nature of the mystic code itself. As a result each Noble Phantasm is closley associated with the hero; for example King Arthur's Excalibur, Cu Chulainn's Gae Bulg, Fergus Mac Roich's Caladbolg and so on, with ea…Read more >

Alright, time for my second Blog Post.
This time we're looking at the phantasm belonging to True Assassin, Zabaniya: Delusional Heartbeat.
This Phantasm makes use of the severed arm of the demon, Shayṭān, that has been attached in place of True Assassin's right arm and is used to inflict a fatal curse upon his enemies, forging a false heart in his palm before crushing it and mirroring the damage onto his opponent. As seen in the accompanying image, as well as being grafted to his right arm, the position of the thumb shows it to be the demon's right arm.
Meanwhile, with the appearance of Fate/Strange Fake, we're introduced to the Beautiful Assassin, a candidate for the position of Hassan who managed to learn all of the other Zabaniya technique…

Hi I, got this Idea from other fellow fans who wanted to see new stuff from the Type-moon company. So I got the I deas from them. New and False Aristoteles. These beings are possible Ultimate Ones (原初の一（アルテミット・ワン）, ? lit. Ultimate One (Primordial One)) or Types (タイプ, ?), lifeforms from other heavenly bodies and plenets that were not listed yet, or that are not alligeble to be considered Ultimate Ones, but stillo powerful life forms to be reckoned with.
While not really a Ultimate one as the Sun is a star and not a planet, "Type-Sun" was born from the collected belief and imaginations of other beings, both mortal and immortal, that there is a being that control the sun, in short a "Sun God/Deity". like the sun Deities, Helios, Apollo, Sol (Hellenisti…

Right, this is my first blog post here, and just to let people know, I intend to use this just to present theories or facts that aren't worth noting on the site itself. Anyway, I've decided to start with an easy one, Gilgamesh.
For those who don't know, Sha Nagba Imuru is a Noble Phantasm held by Child-Gil in a card game section of Hollow Ataraxia. Checking the translation "Sha Nagba Imuru" literally translates to "He who saw the deep". Which is a good reference to its effect (Apparently it lets him look at his opponent's deck) But, this is where it gets fun. Sha Nagba Imuru is the opening line to the Epic of Gilgamesh. In this way, the all knowing and all powerful star may be a direct reference to Gilgamesh himself and the fact that it is …Read more >
Me again, and wondering about something...
Those statistics provided for Servants in Fate and Fate/Zero. Just what is with them? They make sense in the context of Fate/Extra, but in a Visual Novel, all they do is give a comparison between characters and an idea of the Servants combat and noncom ability.
It's like these things are asking to be expanded and applied to all of Nasu's characters. I mean, look at Ryougi; she clearly has ranks in the Expert of Many Specializations skill, and all modern Magi would have to have ranks in Sorcery.
What I'm getting at is that maybe some of us should get together and make a list of compiled Servant Skills, add skills used by other characters throughout the Nasuverse, and make something that could function…Read more >
