Why are all the astec characters categorized as south american servants if the Astec Empire was on north amerca...?

I think there is a bunch of mistakes with the geographic categorization of servants in the wiki, just looking over I also found Tesla in the United States category. Am I understanding how the categorization works wrong? Is there a reason for this categorizations?

I read the visual novel and watched some of the animes but I’m still confused about the “true nature” of the holy grail. How was it created and why is the grail bad enough that it had to be destroyed? Somebody please explain the lore behind the grail.

Also what’s the difference between the Holy Grail and the Greater Grail? And which one is the one shown in Fate: Stay/Night?
