In contrast with La Grondement Du Haine, it is a holy song Noble Phantasm invoked when Jeanne Alter Santa Lily gets in high spirits. A sermon (damage) to bad kids, presents (buffs) for the good kids. The presents that fall and pile up like snow are a great hit for the children who wait for Christmas, or something. Still, there is no need in particular for her to sing.[1]

Jeanne Alter was born thanks to Gilles de Rais making a wish to the Holy Grail, Jeanne d’Arc Alter Lily was born thanks to her drinking King Gilgamesh’s shady medicine, and she became Jeanne d’Arc Alter Santa Lily upon aiming for Santa Claus.
Surely, Alter-chan is the second!*

It goes without saying that Jeanne d’Arc is a tragic holy woman, but her period of activity was just some extremely short two years.
Jeanne Alter is Jeanne d’Arc blackened form that originally did not exist, but as the child form of such “girl that does not exist”, there are no records of Jeanne Alter Santa Lily having existed anywhere on the time axis.
Level 3 Bond
If pressed to say, her personality is actually closer to the original Jeanne.
In other words, she is too serious, inflexible and act rashly at times. She may resort to illegal measures when push comes to shove and, even if there is no need for that, she will not hesitate to use illegal measures if they prove themselves to be more efficient. And so forth.
Her divergent point from the original Jeanne is probably the fact how, upon getting into a panic, she gets all flustered and starts crying in the end, throwing her surroundings into a chaos.
Apparently, she herself feels ashamed by looking at the peevishness of the adult Jeanne Alter.
“It seems like she is still embarrassed about becoming a Servant herself and doesn’t know how to deal with her Master. Good grief, she really cannot be helped!”
or so Jeanne Alter Santa Lily says.
But similarly, the way how she wants to be spoiled by the Master and yet does not know how to depend on him shows that she is indeed Jeanne Alter before growing to adulthood.

Interlude
Jeanne d’Arc had a sense of duty derived from the revelations, while Jeanne Alter had a desire for revenge derived from despair, but neither of those exist in Jeanne Alter Santa Lily. A girl whose existence was just barely permitted thanks to the instability of the anthropic principle, but even then she shouldn’t have been able to last beyond Christmas.
An existence that might as well be called a Christmas miracle.
This girl challenged the role of Santa Claus in order to prove her own usefulness, but there was no real need for that.
She should have just awaited for the presents.
Because someone by her side would have surely delivered her a gift.
....but having been born without any desires, she did not understand the meaning behind gifts, nor even realized the fact that she could receive presents.
A severe, wild and magnificent sea. A modest wish that had long disappeared from the memories of adult Jeanne.
Maybe that was a different scenery from what she imagined.
Still, that wish was surely fulfilled.
In this world, wishes can indeed come true--- the moment when she understands that, her story will begin.

ジャンヌ・ダルクは言わずとしれた悲劇の聖女であるが、その活躍年数はわずか二年と極めて短い 。
ジャンヌ・オルタは本来存在しない、ジャンヌ・ダルクの黒化した姿だが、ジャンヌ・オルタ・サンタ・リリィ はその存在しない少女の、幼い頃の姿であり、いかなる時間軸にも彼女の如き存在があった記録は ない。

性格はどちらかといえば本来のジャンヌに似る。
即ち生真面目、融通が利かない、たまに無茶をする、いざとなれば非合法的手段に訴えるしいざとではなくとも 効率が良ければ非合法的手段も吝かではない、等々。
本来のジャンヌと異なる点は、パニックになると慌てふためいた挙げ句泣き出し始め、周囲を混沌に陥れること だろうか。
本人としては大人になったジャンヌ・オルタはそのやさぐれっぷりが見ていて恥ずかしいらしい。
「未だに自分がサーヴァントになった事が恥ずかしいみたいでマスターにどう対応していいのか分からないみた いですよ、まったくしょうがないんだから！」
とはジャンヌ・オルタ・サンタ・リリィの弁。
かくいう本人も、マスターに甘えたいのにどうやって甘えればいいのか分からないあたり、やはりジャンヌ・オ ルタの成長前という事だろう。

ジャンヌ・ダルクには天啓による使命感が、ジャンヌ・オルタには絶望による復讐心があったが、ジャンヌ・オルタ・サンタ・リリィにはどちらも存在しない。人理が不安定なために、かろうじてその存在を許されていた少女だが、それでも本来はクリスマスを乗り越えることもできなかったろう。
聖夜の奇跡とでも呼ぶべき存在。
少女は己の有用性を証明するためにサンタクロースに挑んだが、本当はその必要こそなかった。
彼女はプレゼントを待つだけで良かった。
傍にいる誰かが、必ず贈り物を届けてくれたのだから。
……でも、生まれついて欲がない彼女には贈り物が分からず、自分がプレゼントを貰えることすらも分かっていなかった。
厳しく、荒々しく、壮大な海。大人になったジャンヌの記憶からは、とうに消え去ったささやかな願い事。
それは、思っていたものとは違う光景だったのかもしれない。
だけど、確かに願いは叶ったのだ。
願いが叶えられることが、この世界には存在すると━━━そう理解した瞬間、彼女の物語は始まるのだ。 - Present of the Saint: C
