Rider is an alternate version of Perseus.
AppearanceEdit
Rider has short wavy dark red hair and wears a golden mask to conceal his face and his identity. He wears a black cloak. At school he had stylish hair and yellow eyes, he wears navy school uniform with white collar and orange tie, and gray pants.
PersonalityEdit
Rider goes to the same school as Ayaka, in the same grade. When he's acting as a student, he has a gentle demeanor and looks like a handsome young man. He is polite, emotional, easily get teary-eyed. An overall good youth.
However, his flaw is that he is willing to give his all for the one he cares. As a Servant he would commit horrible crimes to fulfill his wish, slaying innocents to replenish his magical energy.
RoleEdit
Added by Minako22Rider is a Servant that was to be used in the original Fate/stay night novel that was penned and left uncompleted. He was only briefly mentioned in notes detailing the plot of the novel, and received an expanded role in Fate/Prototype.
His Master is a 10-year-old boy, a victim of a "chimerization" experiment by the unknown antagonist of the last War. At the beginning of this War, he was entirely sustained by medical apparatus. Rider hated the magus for being weak, but sympathized the magus' plight, and became good friends. On the 7th day (the day the youth's life burned out), his master used all his Command Spells, and made Rider fully incarnate, feeling that as Rider was someone who found happiness in life, his wish, the wish of a content man, will be a happy prayer to warm the heart of many. Moved, Rider fought alone for the one wish to resurrect his Master and grant him the happiness that a man should experience. His Master was Third Master of the Holy Gravil War and his Command Seal located on the palm of his left hand, and it take the form of a five-winged symbol.
With this, Rider donned a mask and disguised as a Master, joining the carnage that is the Holy Grail War.
In Prototype, Caster sieges the school by throwing it into an alien realm. Both Rider and Ayaka are under assault, but because Rider is somehow connected to Caster, Rider was able to save both of them by covertly dismantling Caster's alien realm.
Later, Rider faces off with Saber, after the Priest informed Saber and Ayaka that there are some disturbances in the industrial area.
AbilitiesEdit
Rider owns a total of six Noble Phantasms. A pair of winged sandals that can fly, a cloak of disguise, the mirror shield of Athena working as a radar and can reflect Noble Phantasms, Harpe, Kibisis (the sack that held Gorgon's head and a Bounded Field) and Bellerophon.
