Manaka Sajyou (沙条愛歌, Sajyou Manaka?) is the older sister of Ayaka Sajyou and the former Master of Saber. She participated in the previous Grail War eight years prior to the current one her younger sister finds herself in. She is the First Master of Holy Grail War. She is the Fate/Prototype and original version of Illyasviel Von Einzbern.

Summoning Saber in the previous Grail War they had managed to make it to the end though it would be at this time that he would learn that she had been offering sacrifices to the Grail. After the realization of her and the Grail's nature he stabbed her in the back as she was about to offer her sister, her father already a victim. As she died he called her and the Grail insane and threw her corpse into it, however the Grail would resurrect her in a manner similar to Kirei Kotomine. Alive once more, she would participate again in the next Grail War, summoning from the Beast Class.

She is a cheerful girl and is completely obsessed with her former Servant. The Fate/Prototype Material book mentions that Saber killing her only made her more yandere for him.
Several of her lines from the book are as follows.
"...Ah, Saber? Why, why did you stab me?"
"I...I'll die. It's so sad... So sad... I'll never be able to see your face any longer"
"Ahh, I love you Saber. Just thinking about you, it feels as if I'm waking from a dream where my guts are spilling out of my stomach and my heart burns so much it hurts! I love you!"
"I want to see you soon! I want to see you soon! So soon! My Saber! My prince, and mine alone!
"But this beast that you see... So your wish could be granted, it was borne into this world!"

She is considered to be a genius Magus. It is due to this and that her younger sister is mediocre that Ayaka develops a complex.
