Now type moon is becoming a mess... I thought Fragarach was the only Noble Phantasm in modern times. Bazett can use it because her family are descendants from the god Lugh. Doing it once is nice, but if you repeat it, it's not fun anymore. Sandubadear (talk) 19:22, January 3, 2015 (UTC)

I think that line might be wrong. I'm pretty sure hollow mentions it as one of the few left over. They're both Tradition Carriers seemingly. No clue if Gray gets something different than "Gods Holder" though. EGGS (talk) 19:26, January 3, 2015 (UTC)

Well the fact that Avalon still exists proves that that was wrong. It might be a retcon in stating who can use them, but there was always more than one Noble Phantasm in the modern day. --Hawkeye2701 (talk) 19:34, January 3, 2015 (UTC)

yeah but Avalon doesn't work if Saber isn't around. Sandubadear (talk) 00:03, January 4, 2015 (UTC)

And Fragarach doesn't work if Bazett isn't around. Hell, Strange Fake stated that one of the Yellow Emperor's Phantasms exists in the modern day. My point here is that there has always been more mysterious items of the Noble Phantasm class in the modern day regardless of whether or not they can be wielded. The only question of retconning is whether or not it was stated there were more humans with the capacity to wield them. --Hawkeye2701 (talk) 00:27, January 4, 2015 (UTC)

Does anyone know what type it changes after activation. Since we really need to get this down for Rhonogmyniad.VölsungsHeir (talk) 09:32, January 5, 2016 (UTC)

No, it wasn't stated, even the EX rank is more of a game mechanic than a confirmed rank change. Also, unlike Photon Ray that clearly stated it is a rank up, this is stated as a rank change. Not sure what does that mean. 05:48, January 10, 2016 (UTC)
